Calling all fun-loving people who enjoy playing dress up, sharing silliness, to laugh out loud, entertaining (or being ridiculed by) strangers, making new friends, and possibly drinking margaritas or other suitable beverages. We don’t care how old you are, what language you speak, your shape, age, or gender. We don’t cast spells, judge your dancing ability, or decide what you wear. We are part of a worldwide phenomenon of German witch dancers that originated with Wolfshäger Hexenbrut in Germany and is now shared by thousands of groups in many countries. We are the first such group in Mexico and we accept new members throughout the year. Our first dance of the year is April 30, May Day Eve (Walpurgisnacht). The busiest time of our year is October and we’re always open to suggestions or requests for appearances.
P.S. If you can’t dance with us, we accept Walkabout Witches who interact with adoring fans, give out candy to children, cackle with glee, get people to laugh, and generally misbehave.
Llamando a todas las personas amantes de la diversión que disfrutan disfrazarse, compartir ocurrencias, reír a carcajadas, entretener (o ser ridiculizadas por) extraños, hacer nuevos amigos y posiblemente beber margaritas u otras bebidas adecuadas. No nos importa cuántos años tengas, qué idioma hablas, tu forma, edad o género. No lanzamos hechizos, juzgamos tu habilidad para bailar ni decidimos lo que te pones. Formamos parte de un fenómeno mundial de bailarinas brujas alemanas que se originó con Wolfshäger Hexenbrut en Alemania y que ahora es compartido por miles de grupos en muchos países. Somos el primer grupo de este tipo en México y aceptamos nuevos miembros durante todo el año. Nuestro primer baile del año es el 30 de abril, en la víspera del Día del Trabajo (Walpurgisnacht). Nuestra época más ocupada del año es octubre y siempre estamos abiertos a sugerencias o solicitudes de presentaciones.
